Thank you very much for the quick answer.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the hosting, but only to the WordPress backend.

I have nevertheless lowered the “Number of rows to backup” to 1000 and also cleaned the database. This also worked now, but it says that there is a warning during the backup.
