Actually disregard the second part because it seems like it only does that when i am logged on as admin. So would just help with the centering the content.

thank you for replying, that how i want my content to be on the web page and i tried looking for the layout option in the post/page editor but its not there.

thank you for replying really fast! I am new to this so i may have placed it in the wrong area. i added to the css file under #footer but the footer is still in the middle behind my content. Where should i add it?
