I replied 4-1/2 days ago that I do not have the php.ini file you asked for. What do I do next?

Also, this plugin continues to tell me I should upgrade to Pro, even though I did that months ago. Not sure if those two issues (backup no longer working, and Pro not being recognized) are related or not…?

I use Interarchy for FTP access, but I did not find any “php.ini” file, either in the master folder or anywhere else on my Mac…?

Neither are the problem.

1) web is on Netfirms. I just confirmed with tech support a couple minutes ago that I have unlimited space, and am currently using a little over 6GB.

2) I have a 100GB Dropbox account, and am only using around 30GB of it right now. Also, I have tried to make a “local backup” and get the exact same error. I have roughly 5TB of free space on my local system (on a Drobo 20TB disk).

I am traveling now (in Istanbul now, traveling to Cyprus Tuesday, gone from home another month) and don’t want t get bogged down in tech support.

Your app kept bugging me to give a review, so I finally did — an _honest_ review.

To get 5 stars, it needs to work properly and without me having to spend a lot of time and effort with tech support to figure out why it is NOT working. I paid for it, and expected it would then simply work as advertised. It is not doing so, or if so, it is doing a good job of hiding that fact from me.

Regardless, your attempt to get my review blocked here, just because I reviewed the PRO version — which your app sold me, and for which I paid — does not raise my opinion of your company.

If I go to the Advanced Media Library, all the photos show up fine. It only fails when in a new blog entry, I press the “media selector” button.

I have used that button for years with no problem, until WP 4.4. I tried reinstalling the core 4.4, but no change in behavior.

Bingo! Thanks – that was exactly the problem. I had installed WP into the wrong folder, and it had not worked. When I asked my host ISP about the database problem, they responded that they had fixed the database issue.

They didn’t say that they reinstalled WP into the mindstormphoto subfolder, but when I checked, that was exactly what they had done.

I have now deleted the superfluous WP (and the extra index.html), put the plugins and theme in the proper place, and all is well with the world.
