In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] error processing checkout. please try again. This just happened to me. Customers get that message.
The orders come is as On Hold. I paid by check, so should be on hold.
If I pay by PayPal, the order shows up in admin as “Processing”. I cannot check if the payment went through until the accountant comes in.
So, I don’t think it’s a PayPal issue because check payments act the same.
No new plugins were added. Backed up from last night’s backups. Last okay order was last night. Stay tuned!

Hi Mirza,
This is taking longer than expected because there is no “Wholesale -> Registration Setting” menu. Many of the plugins make it difficult to see the exact name and developer, and many have similar names. If at the top or bottom of every page the name and developer were cited, then we wouldn’t get so confused.
We have “WooCommerce Wholesale Prices” by Rymera Web Co.
This is the second time Woo’s AI got it wrong.
Meanwhile, I’ll look at the plugin to which you’re referring.
Hi,
Please advise what the shortcocde should be, or where I can find it in admin.
Thank you.
Thank you for checking.
Is that the “Purchase & Install Wholesale Order Form”?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Checkout Missing Submit and Terms AgreementFound it. We have a complex Terms and Conditions of Sale that uses jQuery to hide parts. I removed that and it works. I guess we’ll have a simpler one with a link to the complex one.
Here are the page shortcodes.
At the top is a grid of product categories with images. We want that.
Then there are 2 carousels and both show the primary product categories then a few products.<!-- wp:shortcode --> [product_categories number="0" parent="0" orderby="menu_order" columns="3"] <!-- /wp:shortcode --> <!-- wp:html --> <h2 style="text-align:center;font-size:200%">Hurry! Limited Time Sale<em>!</em></h2> <!-- /wp:html --> <!-- wp:shortcode --> [wcpscwc_pdt_slider type="featured" limit="6"] <!-- /wp:shortcode --> <!-- wp:html --> <h2 style="text-align:center;font-size:200%">Recently Added<em>!</em></h2> <!-- /wp:html --> <!-- wp:shortcode --> [wcpscwc_pdt_slider type="recent_products" limit="4"] <!-- /wp:shortcode -->

In reply to: [Extra Product Options for WooCommerce] Doesn’t Work as IntendedWill do. I added a suggestion for the cart that I hope you’ll include in your next update.
I did a bit of troubleshooting and the email should go out shortly.
I believe the issue is when using single or double quotes in the options names. Our product lines require those chars. Using " won’t work for our office personnel who update the products. They get confused when to use what. Besides, the web page may not convert " to the double quote anyway.
