The free version plugin functionality is very simple. It sends an email to admin. that email might have all the details, but the sender is wordpress@….. AKA your website only.
Reason, the program is running in your site (server). And if we put customer email as sender email so the situation can be like ….. [email protected] sending mail from your server/site environment.
This can block your site emails as spammer.

We have a pro version, which have a reply section in admin panel. It might come handy for you.

If you go to plugin listing page, you will see a ‘settings’ link with product enquiry plugin. There you can set up the tab as per your requirement.

Once you install the plugin and set this up you should get a tab with enquiry form in your product details page (front-end).

Can you check whether any email is getting fired from your web server ? Not our plugin but any of your program ? If no, then please check with your host provider.

We go to admin panel… then ‘Products’ menu. Under that there will be one sub menu ‘Product Enquiry’.

That’s the page where you will get all the enquiries.

We are afraid of that we are missing something here. My be you are talking about some different plugin.

Because, this plugin is contributed by Mingocommerce and nothing we can relate with KiranP. We don’t have a V1.7 too. The functionality you are referring, was never in our feature list.

Can you please double check this ?

We are assuming that you are using WooCommerce

In woocommerce product details page some default tabs comes (e.g. review).

Say, open any of your product page….. it should show something like this screenshot.

If you use divi builder, to add some sections or text with products, still it shouldn’t create any conflict. Default woocommerce functionalities should be there. If woocommerce tabs are there you can find a new tab there which is created by our plugin.

But if woocommerce defaults are not there then how much you have modified in products template file, may be a concern.

In that scenario, we will request you raise a support ticket here.
