Can I revert back to the previous version of the Woocommerce plugin ?

I have the same problem here. I am using the Virtue Theme and since the last Woocommerce update, all my products that use variations have issues.
I have tried different things to solve the problem. I updated my theme to its latest version. I changed the name of the varable.php file in my theme as you suggested here : https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/24-common-issue-variations-missing-on-product-pages?replies=1

Now, I have the variations but the “add to cart” button doesn’t appear anymore :

I don’t know if it’s the right place to post my question but here’s my problem:
I have the Optimizepress Theme installed and it’s responsive. But for some weird reason it doesn’t display well on some devices (mobiles, tablets or some browsers). It sometimes appears “empty”, as if there’s no content on my pages. And I can’t seem to figure out why? Can someone help me on that issue, please?
