Is there is a specific format the ampersand needs to be in or can we encode/escape things differently?

Nobody have a solution for this?

UPDATE: The same thing is happening on another site (WP 4.4) that is being feed by the original site (WP 4.4)

The site the is not having these problems is WP 4.3.1
