I gave it a try but now google merchant is telling me that there’s a formatting error and it won’t load the file. When I try to view the XML file this is what I get, see below.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I tried to troubleshoot by clearing the cache and creating a new feed but the same issue occurs

I tried the above steps and it doesn’t work. I have plenty of content on the website so I’m unsure what the issue is here.

I’m currently testing with Yoast now and it’s working.

@pyronaur – Thank you so much for checking on your end. I was able to troubleshoot and it looks like it’s my security plugin creating an issue with the Bio Links plugin. I’ve disabled it for now until i’m able to resolve that with the developer, so I’m all set for now.

1. I’m using Elementor to build my pages but I switched over to Twenty Twenty Two to troubleshoot and the Store Credit tab is still not available under ‘My Account’ page.

2. Sorry yes, that’s what I meant when I process the order refund to the Store Credit, it doesn’t appear on the customer tab within the store credit dashboard.

Can you let me know what I can do to fix this?

I’m unable to upload the screenshot for #3 but when customers log into their WooCommerce profile it opens up to their ‘My Account’ Dashboard and within that page there are tabs (on the left side). After the ‘Orders’ tab, this plugin displays a new tab labeled ‘Booked Orders’, I’m wondering if that can be changed to say ‘Pre-Orders’?
