I haven’t checked all my websites, but I’ve got one that is detecting everyone as spam. I’ve got the latest version of the plugin loaded – 6.9.1

Some of my sites are having this issue as well. It’s just been with the recent updates in Litespeed. The other issue I’m having is that after Purge All, my browser also needs to have cache cleared. I’ve never had to do this – the Litespeed Purge All has always taken care of this.

You’ve got a really great product. But I feel that limiting the width of a gallery to 1500px to be, well, very limiting. The gallery looks small on larger screen displays. Is there any way to modernize your plugin to extend the width to 100%?

I’ve pasted my log. I enabled it yesterday so it has other actions in there. I actually tried to clear it first so I could just capture the purge but got logged out and the clear didn’t work. ??

Is there any way for a specific account under the Dashboard to view just their own log information? From the WordPress dashboard would be optimal. I’ve got many accounts using this CleanTalk and it doesn’t seem to give the account owner control over whitelisting email that’s been incorrectly categorized and withheld as spam.

I noticed the new version of the plugin this morning, loaded it and cleared cache and it’s running perfectly. Thank you so much! Love this plugin. Next stop is to leave a review.

Thanks so much for the info! I am getting this error through the plugin Retrieved Data tab and it shows when the Advanced tab does not. I guess I need to look into this:

If I wait 24 hours, it clears, and if I have the three things you’ve mentioned set correctly, the Advanced tab comes in.

Something that may be helpful to others is to tell them what to do after they paste the reviews into the Advanced tab (or I’ve missed where this is). It took me a while to realize that I needed to select all the review checkboxes and then Import before the reviews would actually came into the website.

Also, when setting up the Google API Key, it took me a while before I figured out that I had to add the Places API to the project and then I could limit the Key to just this API. The IP limitation was much more straight-forward.

I think this is a really nice plugin. The JSON Markup is great and supports the JSON aggregate review markup I’m adding to my customers’ website as I build them. We’ll see how Google processes this all together now. ??

You mention in the FAQs “If you feel comfortable with the HTML Inspector in your browser, you can import all the reviews showing in the Google reviews popup.”

Would you please add how to use the HTML Inspector to do this?

It’s so odd. It’s the same as my shortcode — perhaps the quote marks were different somehow? I think I got my original shortcode template by copying one I found on your site.

Yes, I found if I changed the z-index of the .pinit-button link, it brought the pinit button on top of the opaque layer that displays on hover:

a.pinit-button { z-index:999 !important; }
