As got info from Peter root cause of this problem was caused by using in Data Publisher both together:
– Output: Responsive,
and
– “scrollX”:true, in “Table options (advanced)”

After removing all scrolls from options everything works OK.

Behavior:
The width of the header column and the width of the content column are different, which means that the vertical border lines of the headings and the content are not a single line

Reason:
Occurs when other pages contain significantly different lengths of text on the next page.

After a few days, the problem resolved itself, the Display Settings content is available. This was probably combined with the plugin information from “PHP Code Snippets”, after clearing this Display Settings came back.

so, maybe it is possible to connect to Payments DB and take actions with Status change.
