Thanks Rogier,
I was able to proceed through your direct link. I can’t see the SSL Settings menu without your direct link though. The “Let’s Encrypt” third tab it’s just not there.
My server is GreenGeeks and it’s into your list of well known servers. Should the auto-renewal work with GreenGeeks? Also, I used to select the cPanel option and provide credentials. Now, I see that list of well-known providers and selected GreenGeeks. It’s not auto-installing it though (of course, with no credentials it can’t work). Should I stay with cPanel credentials?

In reply to: [Auto Login New User After Registration] Known issue: english onlyI was referring to the fact you are checking against specific english strings in your code (to auto-signin after registration for example) and it just can’t work if your install is running a different language.
Thanks for your response, but I think you should reconsider your strategy.
Like EDD and WooCommerce, even PMPro pages urls can vary and if you manage a lot of websites with PMPro it’s not fast nor reliable having to set those exclusions manually every time.
Also, EDD has 50k+ active installs (as reported on .org) compared to PMPro which is 100k+, so can you consider adding that compatibility support in SG Optimizer code?
Bests,
Thanks for your fast follow up on this.
First of all, let me update the review to 5 stars so we can investigate with no rush in DM.
I tried to copy and paste the cookie banner string from the site once again into the settings, saved, cleaned up the cache. Nothing.
Then tried to disable the cookie option. Reactivated, re-saved the settings, cleaned up the cache. Now it’s working once again.
Please, double check your code to see if there’s something incompatible with the old settings.

In reply to: [Super Page Cache] Siteground feature cloneI was reading SG Optimizer code because of this discussion: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cloudflare-workers-for-domains-on-cloudflare/
I think I will use this Super Page Cache alternative since their Cloudflare solution seems to be available only under certain conditions.
My DNS are managed there. If I remove the domain from Cloudflare my site will stop working. I think this non-solution must be reported here in order to be easily readable from others in the same situation.
I really want to activate the CloudFlare service through you, but it simply does NOT work if my domain is already on Cloudflare. What should I do? Move it away from Cloudflare in order to use your integration with Cloudflare? It doesn’t make any sense.
Nope, this does not answer my question and I think this is not even true.
However, when you choose to enable CloudFlare directly through CloudFlare.com our plug in does not have any control over your CloudFlare setup.
Wrong. If you permit me to have that option enabled, once activated, you are asking me the Cloudflare email and the Cloudflare Global Api Key. Once provided, your plugin has full control over my Cloudflare setup and it’s 100% able to install Workers.
That’s how I was able to make it work.
Thank you for your feedback. SiteGround Optimizer has the option for Full Page Caching. It would be very interesting if you’d share why you prefer the version of this service with CloudFlare instead of using the one built into our plugin?
Easy. Cloudflare edge cache is super fast compared to your full page cache, which:
– is affected by your high TTFB (compared to other hosting solutions);
– can be a bottleneck in case of high traffic;
– consume server resources.Hello. I’m not facing an issue and I don’t need support. Instead, I think there’s a missing feature in your plugin which you can easily fix.
Let me explain in other works. SG Optimizer has a feature to cache full page on Cloudflare (through CF workers), but the option to enable that feature is visible when you have Cloudflare enabled in Site Tools > Speed > Cloudflare (CNAME setup).
This is a screenshot of the feature: https://i.snipboard.io/jpTbv5.jpg
My scenario is this:
– I have a site on Cloudflare (NS setup, which is better than CNAME setup)
– I have Siteground Optimizer installedWith this configuration the feature above is hidden. This is because YOUR site-tools-client says that Cloudflare is not enabled for my site. Which is true, because Site Tools > Speed > Cloudflare can NOT be enabled if the domain is already managed on Cloudflare.
At this point this is the situation:
– I want to activate your workers cache solution
– BUT I can’t, because SG Optimizer is not aware that I’m on Cloudflare, then it’s disabling the optionThis doesn’t make any sense. That option can work for this scenario, you just have to make it visible. In fact, I manually edited SG Optimizer code to show that option and activated. It works.
This is not something I need support with.
This is a change request for SG Optimizer.Well, I don’t know. I mean, I had already fixed it manually doing the Reset.
So I think I just have to wait the next renewal to see how it goes, right?
Or should I reset once again / removing the /ssl/keys folder manually and re-issue the cert to be 100% sure it will work the next time?
Thanks.
Sure, check this log file.
I replaced every occurrence of my domain with “example.org” and the cpanel username with “example”.
Please note that the site is installed into an Addon domain, the main cpanel domain is another one (because I have more than one into that cpanel account).
Cert expire date was March 28 @ 19.40 circa.
AFAICS rsssl tried to renew and install on March 22 (3 times?) and probably successful. BUT in fact on March 28 @ 20:00 the site was not reachable anymore through SSL and I had to manually renew it resetting Let’s Encrypt, because clicking the button was just logging this error over and over:> No order for ID 71477359440
