If I change the setting to be fully automatic, wouldn’t it revert to not fully automatic on 3.7.2 or whatever version is next?

Yes I am using English version.

@wpyogi – I waited a couple of hours. fear set in me and I clicked the update now link instead of waiting for the WordPress butterflies to do it automatically.

Confusion was if ALL WP installations got updated right away or staggered (I think that is the word). I am assuming they are staggered (via your answer).

You can do product reviews and put an affiliated link to that product.

I havent even added other cities yet, or if I am going to let each city have it’s own theme or just have all cities same theme, with just the logo for each city different.

What I think could be that part of your server went down or something wrong with the database.

Go back up your whole site right now, depending on how busy your site gets. Some of my sites are on a monthly back up.

If you update and a horribly written plugin or a not-updated plugin screws up your site then get a new plugin.

For any function, there are A LOT of plugins that will do that function.

You could go on the footer file and type <!-- whatever you want to hide -->, this is commenting out the code.

So people have problems with themes and plugins every time there is an upgrade?

Why blame WordPress, ever occurred to you that the THEME or the PLUGIN is the problem?

The reason why that page is showing is because you just uploaded the files and nothing more. After uploading files, you need to install WordPress.
