Thank you a lot.
I am not sure why it’s inconsistent, but now I also inserted one manual ad and it’s working fine. The Google Adsense preview is also showing ads in places where they normally would be.
I checked the additional settings and they are all set up correctly. Is it possible that this will fix itself without my interference since it has been around 24 hours since I activated auto ads? Can it be caused by some learning behavior of the best placement?

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPI added the code now. It seems to be working, thanks a lot!
By the way, this copy function with ctrl c seems to be dependant on the version of WP too for me. When I had 5.5.3, it could copy at least Separator, but could not copy Spacer.
In 5.6, I can’t copy either of them with ctrl c anymore. It’s indeed a bug.
Thank you for your time, it was of great help to me

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPIt seems to not be doing anything. ??
Also, if I add .wp-block-image img into additional CSS, it’s red. I rollbacked three updates ago and it doesn’t seem to change, but each them when I downgrade my WP version to 5.5.3 it shows correctly again. I have just updated it now, and it shows in the center again. I absolutely don’t get it.
By the way, why is it that I can’t copy paste spacer and separator in Gutenberg editor? All other blocks work with shortcut ctrl c, ctrl v. It has been bugging me for some time. There are the blocks where using shortcuts (keyboard) doesn’t work for me. If I try ctrl c, it does nothing. It works only if I click on the block and copy it like that.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPHello @isabel_brison ,
I am 100% sure this is related to updating WordPress to 5.6 version. It happened right after I updated the WP version to the newest one.
After I rollbacked my WP to 5.5.3 (Oct 30 release), it works normally again and the picture alignment is just fine.
I am not sure why this is happening. I would like to use the newest version of WP but I am really upset with this bug it’s causing.
Every plugin I have is updated. It is the default image block.Other plugins I am using:

In reply to: Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPI am very confused by what you mean. What should I put on 100% width?
If I put the picture on full width it’s huge (the picture) and I can’t resize it at all afterward. Also, I don’t understand why these changes were implemented, before I updated WP it was working fine without any alignment and it was on the left with no issue with the text being under it.
Thanks

In reply to: Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPI added this code into my additional CSS, but it looks like this.
Does not seem to change the text alignment, the text always goes to the right side of the picture no matter what I do even though I want the text to be under the picture.

Like this and the text under normally. The text under this always moves to the right where it’s normally supposed to be blank.Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPIf I align the picture left, it will move ALL text under it to its right side instead of it staying under.
If I move the block of text by pressing enter so the text below is under the picture, it stays the same anyway.

In reply to: Pictures alignment issues after new update of WPI am not talking about the plugin bio but about the introduction in the post body.

I corrected it so it links to the media file. Check again if you can, please.
I haven’t tried that, BUT I tried a different website (it’s not even live yet) of mine with a completely different theme (Ashe).
I again connected the media file to the attachment page and THE same lightbox popped up. I disabled all plugins (I have only 7 there, not even Jetpack) and the same lightbox appeared again…
What is this mystery???

Hey @nidwija
thank you for your quick answer.I disabled all plugins and switched to Twenty Twenty in the troubleshooting mode, and it’s still doing the same thing. I do not understand it – if this lightbox isn’t the default lightbox from WordPress, Colormag, and I disabled all plugins, where is it coming from? I want to get rid of it.
Also, I do not mean the featured single post lightbox. I mean all single images in the article.
I understand that you can use a plugin for a different lightbox, but it’s getting overridden by this lightbox which does not seem to be coming from WP, Colormag, or any other plugin. I talked to a guy from Jetpack support and he told me that this is not the default lightbox for WordPress either.
What happens is that even after I use the Jetpack Carousel plugin, it’s randomly either working (showing the Jetpack’s lightbox) or showing this lightbox (that I hate and don’t want to show).Since I am getting this lightbox even after I disabled absolutely every plugin and switched to the default theme, I am lost – I do not get where this lightbox comes from. That’s all I am trying to figure out.
Thanks
Also, another question:
Is this even the default Colormag lightbox? I do not mean the featured lightbox, more like if you open the single pictures. It shows some really weird lightbox, and it does it on every theme so it can’t be related to Colormag then… I disabled all plugins and switched to Twenty Twenty and the same lightbox (And it’s not the Jetpack one, by the way). I am very confused.
I have no idea what is causing it. There were no plugins active and I even switched theme…
Thanks!
