[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Woocommere Order Reciept Not Working

    I have created woo commerce website on test server than moved on actual server. On test server Admin and customer both get order receipt and working fine. Test site link is below.

    But on actual domain customer and admin both are not getting order receipt what should I do?? I have deactivate all the plugin and checked but did not worked….I copied woocommerce folder from test server and upload in actual server even than did not worked.

    Website is below where order receipt is not working. Also I am not checking it on PAYPAL so its on IPN issue….I removed PAYPAL and checked on cheque payment even than did not worked.

    There could be different reasons for this. Some hosts do not allow PHP mail function to fire and requires you to use SMTP protocol instead. That could be one issue. To find out, simply create a test user in your WordPress admin with a real email address that you have access to and see if you receive an email from your site. If you don’t, you have just found your problem as I mentioned above.

    If you need to use SMTP, you can use this plugin -> WP-Mail-SMTP which will allow your WP to send all emails via SMTP.

    Hi Royho

    Thanks for your reply. I am getting orders email on one email and if I put any other than I do not get…I do have contact form and I get emails through that form…So its not PHP mail funtion problem. But let me try SMTP plugin
