Is 3d mode not supported for 2017 ipad and older? I want to make sure the flipbook will work on as many devices as possible. What settings do you recommend?

the flipbook works okay on new ipads but when testing on a 2017 one it crashes after flipping back and forth a few times

Is there any way to get a digest email? Its a bit much with all these replies.

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

I am having the same problem. Trying to activate features results in “<feature> failed to activate. SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

I tried to submit debugging data but I couldn’t find the “click here to contact Jetpack support” link mentioned in reply #3.

I am also experiencing this issue.

I’m having the a similar problem. “Authorize” is successful, “Confirm” is not. I also have backup to dropbox installed.
