I have created Chinese page of all pages and working fine. So I want to ask if there is a way to create a Chinese version of the Search Result Page.

You can not see the image responsive as it is a parallax image.

For adjusting that, you need to add the following CSS in the Custom CSS for your theme:

.home .banner {
    background-size: 100% auto !important;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
}
@media screen and (max-width:848px){
.home .banner {
    padding: 55px 0;
}}
@media screen and (max-width:548px){
.home .banner {
    padding: 25px 0;
}}

Yes, you are right. It is due to Opera browser. As this browser do not support latest CSS and js it is showing issue. I have tested your site with Chrome(Android)and it is showing fine to me.
