Hi Neo Technomad,

after a day of searching, roaming the internet to sollutions and getting very frustrated I descided to import the exported DB on an other host server .. were it works fine.

I’m waiting for the -wrong- host to let me know what goes wrong .. very frustrating.

No I don’t get any errors after I log in. There is a point/full stop in the upper left corner ..

It drives me a bit crazy really I’ve done this quit a couple of times. Export DB from Mamp then import it on a WP install online .. I try it over and over and all the tim the same thing

I have no sidebars but their possibility exsist in the template..

in the wp_options I already changed the site URL (otherwise the site would not have functioned anyway ..). I would not know where else there is an url.
How can I get to the setting if I cannot enter the Admin .. ?

I renamed the plugin and the themes folders to check this and the blak page remained..

The horizontal top menu should be the first one (from top) on the page. No there is no logo there because that is under the menu in the kinda slider. Although that slider is now only there on other pages that the HOME page, but that is I guess because the client removed it by by mistake.
Could it be caused by a hack .. ?

apparently not all the Theme settings had stayed the same after migration, this I found out comparing them and it got solved.
