You have no idea how happy I am that you reached out. I did what you stated. Uploaded the plugin. I used it to scan the server. It found the file that I uploaded on my cpanel. I had the plugin import the file. It said it was successful. So I went into my media and it is still not there.

Well let me clarify, it wordpress will allow me to upload, like I normally add a media file but it has to be small. I tried to upload a 1.3gb file and it gives me the following error message: 413 Request Entity Too Large

I sent this message to my server and they told me to add the file to my cpanal, in which I did. But my wordrpess cannot see the file and my server gave me the following message: It seems the issue is related to the code of the app itself. WordPress is not able to detect the video and display it.

Can someone please help me or fix the app with another update?

    Thank you….

Hello. I am using post grid free version and I was just informed that when someone tries to use the “search” option, it does show the results and the pagination, but when they try to go to click on another page of the search options, it says “you are not allowed to do that”….

Any way I can correct this?

    All set now thank you!

I so much appreciate you helping me. So when I click on the “on form” option, the search results are not correct. Meaning, if I put in a something specific, the results are not correct.

I appreciate it your response. I did as you stated, but I cannot find “search to show results”… Without doing that last step, the results of the search is incorrect.

I’m not sure if you can help me with this as well, but it’s THE LAST thing that is now errored on my site. Line 227 is empty. And I google it but can’t find what this means…

Warning: “continue” targeting switch is equivalent to “break”. Did you mean to use “continue 2”? in /home/alexandria/public_html/cr/wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/includes/minify/src/Minifier.php on line 227

I can’t begin to tell you how much you have helped me. It isn’t my theme. It is my two slider plugins… “layer slider wp” & “master slider pro”…
I am just so grateful that I am actually in the admin and was able to at least get most everything back to normal, other than the sliders…

    (@missnavigator05)

Or once I activate all the plugins then maybe it will fix itself? Because I activated the theme and it immediately gave me a bunch of codes and most my editing was missing. So should I keep the theme activated (jupiter) and then add the plugins one by one to get everything back that it is missing WITHOUT the plugins activated ?

    Thread Starter missnavigator05

    (@missnavigator05)

OK. So I went back in & changed the theme back but DURRRR it just goes right back to the error. So something has happened to my theme? I am assuming… So are you able to offer me any help from here? I was using the Jupiter theme…

You are completely AMAZING “corrinarusso”… I was able to get back into the admin side. But now how do I get it all back with plugins & theme reset back to what it was?

    (@missnavigator05)

Well since I am not the developer and my server people were nice enough to figure out what was going on, and I was nice enough to throw out “some” information about what happened, I would hope that the information would be appreciated and maybe the developer would know what was going wrong or maybe other people had the same issue. So thanks for the reply’s…

Well “thankfully” my server has AMAZING people that work there and they worked through the issue instead of me being left in limbo waiting to hear from “anybody” from the plugin to help me… My server was able to figure out what happened and the plug-in has been disabled from my site. Now I’m just wondering how to transfer my files “without” using this plugin that COMPLETELY screwed up my site!
Here is a “little” bit of comment from my server JIC someone is actually reading this and actually wants to fix the plugin before anyone else ends up in the situation that I just went through… Note that, the reason for the Critical Errors on your website was actually a part of the coding of the “Add from Server” Plugin, therefore, we needed to completely disable it.

“If you wish to continue using it, it would be best to address this case with the vendors of that Plugin, as the following PHP Function was failing:

    namespace dd32\WordPress\AddFromServer;

Just so you know, I was finally able to get the plugin to work again but I had to roll it back to 3.3.3 and finally that version gave me the option to change my “root directory”, the newer version DOES NOT give you that option to select “options” to set your root directory… Just an FYI

Hey DD32, any resolutions for me?
