i’d been using safari and hadnt gotten around to testing in other browsers yet, but now that i saw the weird situation happening with the search, i’m wondering how to fix it. though i’m not sure i understand teh validation errors, none seem to be in relation to the search. would you happen to have any ideas on how to fix this?

interesting… i’ve never tried validating anything before.

that said, i have no clue why it’s calling out so many errors. for example, what’s wrong witht he way i’m specifying attributes (which seems to be most of what its flagging)?

i’m trying to google it now, but nothing i’m not sure i’m seeing what i’m doing wrong there.

so it seems to be sveral steps closer to working, but i still get blank pages on the dashboard and upload sections of teh admin, same as the issue i had when trying to access install.php and upgrade.php.

i’ve tried each suggestion listed individually and all together, and still no dice… i see nothing but blank pages on both install.php or upgrade.php. if i go to admin, i get a message about my db being out of date and a link to upgrade which then is blank.

any other ideas?

same situation here… blank pages.

strange since wordpress 1.5 installed like a charm and still works with no problem from a different directory.

anyone have any ideas?
