I would also love to be able to enable the full distance charge.
Currently, I’ve solved the price issue by doubling the cost per km value. It does look like our cost per km is really expensive, though, as the distance displayed is only half the distance charged.
The plugin is great. I wish I had some PHP dev knowledge to tweak it per my needs.
