Yes, the comment form you have under posts or pages.

I want it on the top of the comments, because now.. people have to scroll all the way down to write a comment..

I would prefer it to be on top of the comments, just above them.

So what is stopping ordinary users that have posted 10s of comments but each time it contains a link, I have to accept it before it’s shown ??

It really gives trouble for my users to have to wait hours for a comment to be shown if I’m not around, just because they link to something on my own site or beyond that. ??

This is also turned OFF.

Still they show up in the moderation que cus of a link.
