Hi, I’m having the same problem. I have WP version 2.7.1 installed, but I don’t see the sticky post option. I too have GD Star Rating installed.

I read the page that Ryan posted, but I don’t understand how it solved Track9’s problem.

Maybe I need to un-install it? (The sticky post is more important to me than the star rating system)
