Make sure all your plugins, & wordpress are up to date, You might want to check with another scanner too. Sometimes there are false positives. Its kind of hard to tell from your file your showing. There has been a lot of injection attacks in the past month that we have seen. You might try Malcare or Securi You will find them if you do a Google search on it.
