Sure, for now, I will add a custom js myself.

I have the same problem. Looks like the address is validated against 50 characters limit as a sum of all address fields.

From the screenshot, it appears that you have a custom theme. Visual Composer relies on the theme to load css and javascript. So if a theme doesn’t have wp_head(); wp_footer() function calls then those styles/js are not loaded.
