The code that you posted is not from Visual Composer (Visual Composer doesn’t use shortcodes).

Please contact the WPBakery Page Builder support team (if you have a direct license with them) or the theme author with which you got the plugin.

Please try again should work now. We upgraded our infrastructure and there was a small downtime due to DNS records update.

I understand your reaction but you are right premium support is available for premium customers. Support here is limited. And without proper debugging on your website, we can’t tell what is the problem.

As much as we could help, debugging this case on public www.ads-software.com forums is impossible (due to security since you can’t and not allowed to share your credentials with us).

You can try to go the standard routine by switching themes, resetting VC to factory settings, disabling third-party plugins, and clearing all available caches.

I hope this will help a bit.
