To disable the ratings on pages and posts, please go to RatingWidget Settings > Pages/Posts (https://prnt.sc/vtWnySZClWHa). Then, untick the checkbox on each that says “Enable ratings to pages/posts”. Don’t forget to save the changes.

For the BuddyPress, BBpress ratings, you can change it to star ratings from the BuddyPree/BBpress tab settings under RatingWidget > https://prnt.sc/WazawlSH3sqT.

Please note that the ratings don’t work on product-tag pages. If you have an option to put the shortcode from the editor itself, you can use our WordPress shortcodes (manually add this to every post or page) here: https://rating-widget.com/support/shortcodes/can-i-add-a-rating-inside-my-wordpress-posts-content/#platform.

If none, you can try to use PHP shortcode (add this to the relevant template file of your theme) here: https://rating-widget.com/support/wordpress/faq/is-there-any-php-shortcodes-i-can-use-for-my-custom-posts-templates/#platform.

The report for WooCommerce products is currently not supported but a task has been added to our to-dos list to include this data to our Report page.

In the meantime, you can view your products’ rating data on your management dashboard at https://app.rating-widget.com/.

To add ratings to a custom post (video clips in a single page), you can use our PHP shortcode (add this to the relevant template file of your theme): https://rating-widget.com/support/wordpress/faq/is-there-any-php-shortcodes-i-can-use-for-my-custom-posts-templates/#platform.

With that, you can place the ratings anywhere on your page.

If you’re referring to our Top-Rated Widget, a task has been added to our to-dos list to improve the Top-Rated Widget’s layout in the future. In the meantime, please use our top-rated shortcode instead:
