In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Great…until it isn’tI have created a support ticket and I was told to use the troubleshooting guide which I have done everything in there to no avail. Part of the problem lies in that I cannot log into the Timely network via the settings page of my calendar…there is no form, nothing links….

Thank you so much Matt!! You really saved my bacon! I am new to this so wasn’t even aware there was an error log – once I opened that and looked at what file it was trying to find, I replaced it and was good to go. I had previously tried deactivating the plugins to no avail. I really appreciate your response and help as I try to learn all of this!
I did do a separate post sorry about that. I also wanted to follow this one. Anyways a helpful guy suggested a few things and once I looked at the error log (which I didn’t even know was there! I’m a newbie obviously) I was able to find which missing file was causing it to not load. Maggy-not sure if you can find that post but it helped me anyways. Thanks so much.
I am having the SAME problem. I try to log into my dashboard and it goes completely blank – no error just a totally blank screen. I’ve tried deleting the plugin, updating it…I have no idea what to try now.
