Import not working

    Hi, I am trying to import 67 lines and I just checked they are all very simple. Here a sample line:

    first_name,last_name,zip,city,country,phone,email,website,interests,id
    Jon,Doe,10000,Berlin,DE,0222-33344455,[email protected],www.johndoeweb.de,”Musiker, Yogalehrer (Vinyasa Yoga 200+ Ausbildung, Jivamukti Yoga 300+ Ausbildung), Traumasensitive K?rperarbeit“ bei Holistic, – Klangmassage Praktiker, Illustrator”,1

    I am getting this confirmation message, but I waited now 10minutes – nothing gets imported. Am I missing something?

    File upload complete: 67 lines received.
    The data is importing in the background, refresh the page to get the current status of the import.

    If I refresh the page, the message only disappears and nothing happens.

    Any idea what this could be?

    It may be that background imports are not working on your server. The simplest way to deal with this is to change the “CSV Imports in the Background” setting found in the plugin settings under the Advanced tab.
