I would like to be able to do this as well. I’m working on redesigning my company’s site and one of the things I need to do is make sure it’s easy to post new jobs and I like the idea of this plugin and the feedback seems great. One of the roadblocks to using it, though, would be if there’s a limited number of fields that I could use for each application. I’ve tried searching around for a solution, but haven’t had much luck.
When someone applies for a position in my company there are over 75 fields to fill in. These include job history with the 3 most recent positions all with job title, starting and ending salary, phone numbers, etc. I do understand that much of this would be covered in a resume they would attach for the position, but for many of the positions we post, a resume is overkill.
