In reply to: [File Upload Types by WPForms] Kml fileHey @chauffagistefef,
we are sorry for the trouble, and please know that we are happy to help.
By using the File Uploads Type plugin to add thekml
file type you can be able to add it to the allowed list of file types to be uploaded to your sites, but please note that you’ll also need to be sure the MIME type of the file you’re using is the correct one (in the past, we’ve seen situations where the expected MIME type wasn’t what their file had). When you get a chance, could you please check for the MIME type of the
kml
file using:?https://htmlstrip.com/mime-file-type-checker?so that we can troubleshoot the issue more closely?

Thank youHey @matta-cib,
I apologize again for the trouble you’re facing and we’d like to investigate this issue further. However, this will require more extensive troubleshooting where login access to your site will be needed which does not conform to the rules of the www.ads-software.com support forums. For more context, www.ads-software.com’s goal is to ensure the safety and friendliness of the forum and this is the reason that they have the following rules:
- “Do not post, offer, or ask for login information, even test IDs and test passwords. And do not offer off-site contact for the collection of those either.”
- “Do not ask for any kind of access in order to provide support, not even for plugins or themes.”
In case it helps, please consider upgrading to a paid version of Sugar Calendar, as it includes a dedicated email support channel where our support team will be able to take a closer look at issues of this nature.
In case it helps to know, we have a refund policy where if over the first 30 days decide Sugar Calendar isn’t a good fit, then we’ll happily refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.
Hey @matta-cib,
You’re welcome, happy to help!
Please always feel welcome to reach out if you have any other questions about Sugar Calendar.

Hey?@matta-cib,
I am glad to hear that the 301 error has been fixed. In regards to
the line break issue, I was able to replicate it on my end as well, and I have shared this issue. As a workaround, please make use of the following CSS:#sc_calendar td div.sc_day_div a { white-space: normal !important; }
And in case it helps, here’s a detailed tutorial on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.
I hope this helps!Hey @matta-cib,
We are sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused as a result of this.
- Are you using the size parameter in the Shortcode when displaying your events? If not, please use the format
[sc_events_calendar size="large"]
and let me know how it goes.
2)?I did some tests with 1.0.6 and 2.2.4 of the Sugar Calendar but I can’t see much difference. I could be missing something, when you get some time, please share more details about the same. Please share the site health information from Tools > Site Health, and click “Copy site info to clipboard” so I can take a closer look as well.
Kindly,
Hey?@whisperwow,
This issue most occurs due to caching, and while checking your site, after adding the query string?nocache
to your URL as:https://musicbusinessnews.com/calendar/?nocache
I was able to view events while navigating through your calendars.
Are you using any caching plugin(s), if so, I would recommend that you exclude the pages with Sugar Calander from caching, and be sure to purge the cache before refreshing the page.
When you get a chance, please give it a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hey @whisperwow,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the inconvenience!
I visited the page and replicated the issue as described, in order to troubleshoot this issue and advise further, please share with us more details about your events, and calendars, a screen capture of the same would be great. Also, please go to?WPForms > Tools > System Info?(https://a.supportally.com/4PgNqm), and share with us the details on that page. With those details, we can try to reproduce the issue to investigate it.
Thanks!
