I don’t fully understand how to integrate the html and css together with the “after” command.

I edited the css stylesheet to have this, but it removed the text and just put the icon:

Am I to put an “after” command within one of the php files?

And if so which one?

I thought about asking Avada directly, but thought maybe it was more of a general issue, i.e. editing wp-config.php.

Oh right of course… I forgot about that thanks.

Is there a way I can hide the comment form until I get this fixed? I know “display: none” works, but I’m not sure where to use it in the stylesheet.

I didn’t have a caching pluging installed, but turned off the caching under general settings and still had the same issue. Also the options to turn it back on seem to be gone?

After turning it off though I tried making a comment and got the same error.

I have no idea what’s going on with this. The comment form was present when I checked last night but disappeared again today.

What browser were you using?

Another question too…

At the bottom of the post it has “next article” or “previous article” with a black background. I think this is set by “main color” under the color customization settings.

I want my header to be black, but don’t want this black background over the “next” and “previous” parts. Is there any way to change this?

How come this site has the main color set as grey, yet they don’t have the same grey background over the next and previous posts?

Hi I figured it out actually. You can see on my site now:

I put the navigation and logo in a div and set the appropriate width.

I do have one other issue though. How can I center the pages in the footer (Home Privacy Policy Terms of Service Contact ?)?

If I use the center command it’s too far over to the right. I used a div with a specific width again here but it’s not perfectly centered.

Is there any way to have the page titles appear closer to the logo? I guess adding a margin on the right would do it, but I feel like there’s probably a better way.

Sort of. It’s ok how it is, but if possible I’d like the logo to the left of the navigation rather than on top.

Ok yes it is working now… thanks both of you for the help :).

Is there any custom code I can enter to change the page width? Tried various things in stylesheet.css with no success, but I probably wasn’t editing the right stuff.

Edit: Also how can I add a bit of the padding back above the post title? It looks a bit funny with no padding at all. I tried adding “padding-top: 10px;” to the “.blog .page-header {” which didn’t work.

Edit: ok I realize that was probably dumb considering the page header isn’t displayed. I suppose I want to add padding under the line just above the date, but have no idea how to find that in the stylesheet.
