So, if you delete this file from your server. It’ll not show up again.

Can you please check your functions.php file in theme folder?

The problem which caused this was that my functions.php file had a closing

at the very end. For whatever reason this is what cause the issue and by removing this last line it was working again.

In footer they’re not icons as per say but a font called genericons.

For now, please deactivate your all the plugins & then, check the site.

I think some plugin is conflicting with this theme to generating the icons/genericons.

You can hide Page Title for individual pages by adding those to your custom.css file. Please paste the following codes

.post-id .entry-title {
display: none;
}

Here please replace id with your about page number. Open About page in Editing mode & find the page id from address bar. Then find the page id & add it to custom css code.

You need to update the Footer Menu to Change the permalink.
To do so, please go Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets, then re-edit the Footer Menu, just like the Header Menu.
