In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Legacy versionsHi imagei – please send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll see what we track down for you.
Hello,
The free edition of WPtouch automatically includes a Login entry in the site menu when your WordPress is configured to require users to be signed in before posting a comment. The link takes visitors directly to the regular WordPress login screen.
Thanks,

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] LogoHello,
If your WordPress installation normally handles uploads without problem, you may need to ensure WPtouch’s uploads directory is also writable by the server (this may require making it world-writable).
WPtouch uploads to wp-content/wptouch-data/uploads.

Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
You can override WordPress’s default page handling on your homepage and show a post listing instead with WPtouch’s “Posts page” setting (General Settings).
Thanks,

Product Manager, WPtouchThanks for the follow up. I’m glad we were able to resolve the issue for you!
Hello,
You can add your Google Analytics code to the Custom footer content field (under Theme Settings).
Thanks,

Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
It looks like your desktop theme uses a homepage template that ignores WordPress’s default content query and instead renders out widgets instead.
You can configure WordPress to load a static page instead of your post index for your homepage (which will allow WPtouch to display suitable content) in the WordPress admin’s Reading settings.
Menus can be configured and assigned to WPtouch in the WordPress admin’s Menus tool, also.
Thanks,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart
Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
WooCommerce’s default templates force the display of a sidebar on store pages. MobileStore for WPtouch Pro is specially designed to provide a great mobile shopping experience for sites using WooCommerce and prevents the display of those sidebars.

You likely have comments enabled on your pages. You can turn them off via the pages list: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-turn-off-or-disable-comments-in-wordpress-pages/

In reply to: [WordTwit Twitter Plugin] Can't add accountsWordTwit should be working fine with WordPress through version 4.4.2 (verified today on a simple site)
If you’re not getting redirected to Twitter to login to your account, you may be running into one of two issues:
– WordTwit may not be able to generate/obtain the OAUTH token required to forward you. Verify that your API key and secret are up to date and entered correctly (without additional spaces).
– Another plugin may be preventing the internal redirect to the Twitter OAUTH page from occurring. To troubleshoot this, try disabling other plugins one at a time while re-attempting the link.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Rubbish pluginHi Jake,
The problem you described may have been caused by some fixed-width content in the page/post that caused the browser to render the page at a width broader than the set dimensions we provide.
If you’d like to send us a message ([email protected]), we’d be happy to take a look for you and see if we can help you get up and running with WPtouch –?and hopefully earn a better rating for the plugin.
Cheers,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart

Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
With WPtouch 4 we have retired our old menu handling code in favour of a single menu administration through the WordPress Menu tool.
Simply head over to Appearance > Menu to configure a menu for use in your mobile theme.
You likely have comments set to require users to be logged in; the login item is added in that situation.
