In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] email breaking upIs the erroneous formatting happening in the form or in your backend? I was able to complete the form and received a subscription notification.
You might want to check if it’s just back-end display formatting, as well as whether it happens with WPtouch disabled (it doesn’t seem to be caused by WPtouch).

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] WPtouch not workingGood call. @kay_keri – perhaps you can disable W3 Total Cache temporarily and see if that allows the WPtouch JavaScript on your site to load.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] email breaking upThat is quite odd –?can you post the URL for your site?
I do see the full page list showing there; to be able to help resolve the issue, we’ll need to take a look at your admin.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] WPtouch not workingThanks Frank,
There’s only one JavaScript file being loaded on the page: https://readalong.luvlang.com/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/js/autoptimize_324e90543cad5f9b1fb8489a11bd6668.js, which includes none of WPtouch’s JS but has essentially the same contents as the version loaded with the desktop theme active.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Products not showingHello,
It looks like you’re running WPtouch Pro and MobileStore. For support with those, please head over to support.wptouch.com and create a ticket there. Our support team will be happy to help!
Could you provide the URL for your site? If you’re comfortable doing so, please send us a set of WordPress admin credentials to [email protected] so that we can review your configuration, also.
Can you post the URL to your site? It sounds like you may have made some customizations to the plugin’s files to add the button you’re describing–it’s not a feature of WPtouch Pro itself–but we’d be happy to take a look.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] WPtouch not workingIt looks like Autoptimize is returning your desktop theme’s JavaScript for mobile requests, preventing WPtouch’s JavaScript from loading. Try disabling that plugin to see if it results in an improvement.
We generally recommend avoiding Autoptimize as it can cause difficulties with JavaScript load order. Judging by the number of scripts being loaded by your site, that plugin likely won’t cause any significant performance changes in your case.
Hi there,
I’ve taken a look at your site–you can see the output of a web inspector here: https://imgur.com/duNNNIF
It looks like the elements you’re describing are being added by an ad provider that you use (“sovrn”). Digging further, it looks like the advertising provider is not returning ad creative for display in that location or scripts are not executing completely. In either case, they will likely be best able to help resolve that particular display concern.
Happy holidays,

Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
For help with WPtouch Pro, please open a ticket at https://support.wptouch.com/ –?it’s one of the benefits of your WPtouch Pro license!
Thanks!
Hello,
I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed by your experience with WPtouch. It sounds like your websites are running on versions of WordPress that are older than those supported by our plugins.
A key indicator is the error you saw: the wp_add_inline_style() function is a core WordPress function that was added in WordPress 3.3 (Released in December 2011).
Old WordPress versions can contain security vulnerabilities that have been fixed with time, so we would definitely encourage you to upgrade. Once you’re running a more recent version of WordPress we would invite you give WPtouch another try.
Thanks,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart
Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
It looks like you’re using a rather old version of WPtouch. You don’t mention where that link appears (desktop/mobile) but I would expect that updating to a more recent version of WPtouch may be helpful.
Thanks,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart
Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
You can instruct WPtouch to override WordPress’s default page handling with the Custom Latest Posts Page setting (WPtouch > Theme Settings). It will turn whichever page you choose into a regular blog post index.
Thanks,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart
Product Manager, WPtouchHello,
If you are seeing shortcodes (things like [divider] or [col_3]) in your page, these are likely features of your desktop theme that WordPress is unable to process when it applies WPtouch’s mobile theme.
You may wish to upgrade to WPtouch Pro which includes special handlers that allow shortcodes from your desktop theme to be processed even when the mobile theme is active.
Thanks,
Martin Kuplens-Ewart
