Not a bug – the options have been moved under a new ‘Analytics’ link underneath the dashboard link on the sidebar.
What -might- be a bug though, is that, if you ticked ‘Manually enter UA code’ and put in a code for version 4, that UA code did not carry over to v5, so I had to enter it in again.
