the subtitle in your logo is hard to read, changing a font or just making it bigger would help

design of the website it’s very simple and clean which always is a good thing, it’s only missing something extra that would differ the website from other ones

moving the logo the left and then buttons to right and decrease the space between them would add more balance to your design

calendar and tag cloud should be moved to the sidebar

shifting sidebar to be on the same level as main content would also help
but overall it looks nice and very clean
