Thanks for the response. I have absolutely no idea what is even meant by a php function of a js function so I assume I will need to get developer to read this who will likely understand. I am just a sales guy I’m afraid ??

Hmmm ok that puts us in a strange position. Without that functionality, we have no use for the plugin as that would have been its sole purpose in our case. But I cannot create a feature request for it because we are not using the premium version. Yet I cannot purchase the premium version because it doesn’t have the particular functionality we need.

Maybe you can create the feature request on my behalf and we’ll keep checking back to see if it was added or not?

Thanks for the response. I would like to open a feature request as without that functionality we cannot use the plugin. However, when clicking on the link to open a feature request is asks for a username and pass for popupmaker – without an option to register. I am sure I am missing it but how do I obtain a username and pass for this?

For followers – this was resolved and turned out NOT to be an issue caused by this plugin.

Unfortunately it still persists but in a worse way. Now that I installed the latest version, the woocommerce shop has gone “darker” and none of the descriptions are readable anymore. This is a bit more serious than what it was before because basically our customers can no longer read the products on our site.

I have no idea what to do and how to fix this and revert back to how it was before.
