Hi, I am also experiencing this in the lastest site I am building. It occurs on localhost (xampp) aswel as on a testserver. I’ve created many websites that all where on these two environments and so far never experienced this.

I cannot find any errors in the logs

Any clue what’s wrong?

@pmbaldha I would really want to know the status… It’s been more than 3 months since I reported this issue…

After further investigation I noticed that this is not only happening on websites with woocommerce or gutenberg. It also happens on websites that do not have gutenberg active and do not have woocommerce installed.

The websites vary in plugins they are using.

@playearngame Oke, so you didn’t find a specific plugin or cause? Did you move to a server with more resources so your site could go over the 1G limit?

I also experience this on two of my websites. They both have woocommerce installed…
But it does not specifically happen on pages that have any woocommerce content on them. It also happens on empty pages that have 0 gutenberg blocks on them.

Update: I am using the latest version 6.6.2 and WP 6.0.1

Sometimes the categories field is also gone. But the categories field does show up more often than the featured image field.

Also there are a lot of console errors (503)
example:
OPTIONS https://www....nl/wp-json/wp/v2/mec-events/2334?_locale=user 503

I do see that there are updates in the changelog of the plugin, but I cannot update them in WP. I guess this is the cause?

What can we expect. Do we have to switch to a different event plugin?

@pmbaldha I would like to know when we can expect the next release with this fix.

That’s very inconvinient, this means I have to give non-tech website content managers the admin role, while an event is just content, like a page or post…

This is not the way normal WordPress content management rights are managed…

Also this would be nice to know before installation of the plugin… Because it is kind of a deal breaker for me.

I am experiencing the same issue, for types and for categories…

When is the next release planned? I would really see this issue fixed as it is very confusing for woocommerce customers…
