Mine too. It was not 3.3.6 though but the professional upgrade crashed the site after the basic plugin had been upgraded to 3.3.6. The basic version 3.3.6 works but the professional upgrade doesn’t.

I found another thread here that solved the problem (I had installed the current TablePress first so I needed to uninstall TablePress and reactivate the old version)

Hi Tobias, there is no checkbox for WP-table reloaded in the screen options …

Thanks for asking. I deleted all images in the plugin folder via FTP, after that the problem was gone. Solved for me. I don’t need fancy graphics in backend anyway ??

This is exactly my problem too as described above. The code is NOT sent to the customer after the order status has been set to completed. It is created but NOT sent.

BTW, I’m using standard WordPress mail functions.

Exactly, the gift card code is not sent to the customer email address. A gift card is created (can see it in the dashboard), but not sent to the customer.

Having exactly the same problem. I know it’s supposed to send the GC code in the order confirmation (after marking the order as complete) but it’s missing there.

As I’m using the same plugins on most of my sites, I’m almost sure there is a conflict with the Ubergrid theme. I assume it could be solved by renaming some JS functions in the DT plugin… The problem is both in backend and frontend so briefly switching to another team might be useful for diagnosis but doesn’t help with functionality…

I’m using WP 3.9. In the meantime, I tried it on another site of mine and found it working so I suspect it interferes with this site’s theme “Ubergrid” (https://themeforest.net/item/ubergrid-responsive-grid-wordpress-theme/6383212). As the admin interface seems to be Javascript driven, there might be some overlapping JS functions in theme and plugin. I also tried to create the tree on the other site and copy it over into the database, but the overlapping JS seems to be in the frontend too so it’s not showing the tree.
