Dopo essere riuscito a far cambiare la data di scadenza del pacchetto italiano di Privacy & Cookie policy in quanto era stata modificata per il problema tecnico di iubenda circa l’acquisto della licenza in inglese. Finalmente era tutto pronto per cercare di acquistare di nuovo il pacchetto Privacy & Cookie Policy Generator – Licenza Pro per The3Iron in Inglese (UK) come fatto un mese e mezzo fa e ora di nuovo si presenta il medesimo errore che aggiorna le date di aggiornamento pacchetti ma non posso usarli. Ormai è un tunnel senza fine.

Yesterday immediately after publishing this post I was contacted by an Iubenda employee telling me that they had a ticket closed (by them) and not by me as the problem continues to occur. Not being able to activate the cookie policy in English due to problems with their system, they still continue to send us emails telling us that not having the policy on our site in English means we risk very high fines (due to their fault not ours).
I immediately replied to the person who contacted us but to date we have not heard anything back. We will definitely have to wait another 7 days.

As stated in my previous message I contacted your customer service but as always with very long waits without getting a solution.

About the bucket: in Lightsail is not possible to create a bucket with a “.” in the name.
I tried again to create a bucket with your plugin but this is the message I received:

I create a CDN with a bucket in AWS Lightsail as described here:

Everything good till the end and I set your plugin as they suggest.
I upload a picture that went successfully to the bucket but is WordPress is not possible to see it. If I disable the CNAME the picture appears and it works on the website. So searching on the web I found that the bucket must have the same name as the cdn.
Here is the problem, creating a bucket with Lightsail is not possible to use “.” inside the name of the bucket. You can use “-“. For example I want to name my bucket “cdn.mywebsite.com” but I can’t and I have to name it “cdn-mywebsite-com”. So I think it’s for this reason that didn’t work the CNAME.

I tried also to create a bucket via WP Offload Media UI but here is the message that I receive

Sorry it works in Safari if I am logged in in WordPress otherwise it doesn’t work.

I fixed the problem with the box and the text using CSS.

About the price filter it works if I use Safari but it doesn’t work if I use Google Chrome.
