Greetings.I had the same problem, I did all the steps: deactivate all plugins (success); leave only CoBlocks active (fail); I had version 5.4.2 of WordPress, I updated it to the latest version 5.5.1 and it is working again.

define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );” Now I obtain an error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/***/***/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 77”So I guess it will be a memory issue available on the server.
