Rididculous that no one has answered this question and there are so many issues with this. I’m having the same problem. This support is unreal.

I find it amazing that the moderator replies to the guy that is posting a link with an answer but he does not answer all other 86 people who are haven g this problem. What kind of support is this. And they want to charge 70$ for premium support when you can even get any questions at all answered on these forums, this is unreal. terrible support.
