    Thanks for this. I will consider the matter solved.

    To anyone else having this issue with the aforementioned plugin, they have their own optimisation features within each sliders settings so check them out and switch them on and you’ll be grand.

    Thank you very much for getting back to me so quickly. I had a feeling it was going to be that plugin. This is the first time I noticed the skip lazy load class since I last asked them for support.

    For anyone else wondering, the plugin is calls “Smart Slider By Nextend” It’s a great plugin. I have just used it a bit too much on my home page and this feature they have regarding lazy loading isn’t helping my performance very much.

    @shahzeenfarooq Thanks for the support suggestions at the bottom.

    One last Q for you regarding this. Are there any options you would recommend regarding reducing CSS and Java? or is there a premium version of the theme that’s also faster etc?

    Is it best for me to just wait for the Legacy REST API to be phased out or is there any way for me to figure out if I can delete it now?

    Morning,

    So just to clarify, I did have this plugin set up successfully quite recently but because I had a bunch of strange account in my meta business suite I wanted to delete all of those and start again.

    This likely included me delete the facebook store business asset.

    -I was confused if this was connected to my pages or not and couldn’t get a straight answer via support at the time so starting from scratch was my next option.

    I have had the plugin installed and uninstalled since this time.

    It would appear the plugin has changed since the help doc was created.

    I have now disconnected the last store from the plugin.

    Good Morning,

    Where would this information be located exactly? I have checked settings and even search “Valid OAuth Redirect URIs” or parts of it within the settings search bar and I can’t find anything that connects to it.

    I assume I login to my own profile and check as you suggested.

    Note: I assume it is the same domain as I am coming from the plugin within my site.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for this. I was actually able to get in touch directly with a Facebook support team via the support options showed within the plugin itself.

    I have a lot of pages to tidy up but it does appear that the plugin made me create a new page vs connecting to an existing one.

    Still confused regarding a few things but hopefully the support links above will help.

    Just coming back to this after it has been resolved.

    1. Deposits suspended. – I had to contact the woocommerce team via this link.

    Scroll down to “Submit a request”

    -What do you need help with?

    I selected “technical support”

    -Product

    I selected “woopayments”

    -Store this product is connected to

    Select your website our add it manually. If you add it manually (like I had to) you will need to add a report. This site provides useful links on how to do this quick and easily.

    Once I did that I got the support bot (then an enginneer) in a chat box off to the bottom right of my screen.

    They checked my account and were able to fix the issue very quickly.

    2. My store not being connected to the woocommerce.com account.

    In short, after a back and forth, I just had to go into my website admin panel and go to:

    Woocommerce > Extensions > Click my profile icon (top right) > Go to disconnect my store from woocommcerce.com

    The page then shows the option to “add store” (from the backend of my website. I simply clicked that and all fixed itself.

    Note: It worked on my second attempt to disconnect the store not my first attempt. But in the end it was very easy to sort out. I could then see my woocommerce update manager plugin and woopayments plugin in there.

    There is no ticket number available. Even from the email message I received of the chat because I had it closed down does not include a support ticket.

    I am making progress though. The money is released. I just need to pin down why I can’t create and connect a store on woocommerce.com and add the “WooCommerce.com Update Manager” plugin.

    The previous store I had in account was connected to an old website. But seeing as how you can have multiple stores in there I don’t think that’s an issue.

    Do you think I should mark this as resolved since I need to use the direct support thread?

    Sorry if I came over as impatient. It’s more my worry that I am being heard over there when there is no “auto ping” to say I am still being helped or if it is closed.

    Not sure if you can help with this but after talking to the happiness engineer they said they fixed my deposit problem. The only issue is, it’s not fixed entirely and I still can’t connect my store to my website.

    They only sent one message about the fix and have now gone dark for over an hour and a half. Is this normal?

    I don’t mean to appear impatient, it’s just the bot experience I am having here is not very reassuring.

    Force Sync – I knew I read this somewhere when I was initially checking out the plugin but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out where it wwas.
