In reply to: [WooCommerce] Store Not Working / Suspended UrgentHi there,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I did get this far before posting this thread but when I get to the section
store address I do not get the option to add my store manually and it tell me to connect the store. Which is my problem. So I can’t request support at all.
Note: I didn’t realise a system status report was mandatory. I have never sent this so I am checking this our now.

Thanks for the explanation. So I will need to keep NGINX Direct Delivery switched off for the webp images to remain active.
Great plugin. I was going to create all images as webp going forward but since you mentioned some browsers do nto support them I guess I am stuck with uploading pngs that will be converted via the plugin.
Thanks for your time. When I get budget for the premium plugin I will be getting it.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Missing Data – A lot of fix suggesstionsHi @shameemreza
Thanks for taking the time to get back to me. This support community is the best and I really appreciate everyone’s time.
Regarding the attribute mapping. Yes I have found this and since I used it, pretty much all the “missing gtin/brand” messages have gone. But strangely some of them still appear. It’s like either wordpress/woo or GMC just isn’t taking the data over. And the SKUs are in place like every other product. And I made the brand name a fixed value so.
Strange, but maybe just a bug we have to put up with?
Please note that the Google for WooCommerce plugin does not automatically set this. – I was able to achieve this by using the mapping feature picking out a fixed value.
Skipped Images – Thanks for helping me understand that skipped images are the result of your software being smart i.e. not converting small images to make them bigger. I like this.
Deleting the plugin – I was always told by old SEOs that if you don’t need a plugin anymore you might as well delete it. Also, since my desired result has been achieved (converting images) why would I want to keep it? – However since you mentioned that all the conversions will be undone if I delete it I guess I have to keep it.
NGINX Direct Delivery – I am being told my sites performance is being hindered by this option not being used on my site. So when you say “not using the plugin” do you mean actually using the converting tool or do you mean having it active on my site.
If you mean having it active on my site then I guess I can’t turn it back on again ever, correct?
Thanks for taking the time to reply to my support post.

In reply to: [Performance Lab] how can existing images be regenerated?@westonruter Hello there,
Can I just clarify. I have added the “Performance Lab” plugin and selected “Modern Image Formats”.
Point 1
I think I am correct in saying that all this does is make sure new images I upload to my site are stored as webp/AVIF on my server but displayed in there original formats when someone views them. Is that correct?
Point 2
I know how to save images as webp going forward and I would prefer to have all of my images (I have a thumbnail and a basic image for each product) in this new better “modern format” i.e. webp.
Are you saying that if I use Regenerate Thumbnails?it will literally change my jpeg and png files into webp files completely?
If so I can’t wait to use it.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Missing Data – A lot of fix suggesstionsHi @omarfpg
I think there may be a mapping option available actually. If I go to marketing within the wordpress dashboard I can click on attributes > create attribute rule and assign GTIN (target attribute) a data source / default value which in this case would be product:sku.
I think it’s working. The sync takes time.
One final question, maybe you can’t answer but, when it comes to the brand. Should it be my brand name or the brand name of the product I am selling? I buy a lot of good from a distributor who has their brand name on the products not mine which is fine.
Kind Regards

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Missing Data – A lot of fix suggesstionsHi @omarfpg
Thanks for getting back to me. Over the weekend I have discovered that all the products I imported to GMC are appearing as active. Since I was just testing and waiting for support I only manually edited a few products but the majority are missing a brand and a GTIN. You can see this below.
However, all of them have fix suggestions of some sort that relate to the gtin and brand name etc.
Question: Would it be ok to leave these for the time being? I think by the time I get through these manually some of the products will be out of stock or no longer sold in the store.

Back to the original replay.
Thanks for the plugin information and the doc on the gtim false. I will give those a review now and hopefully get the products fixed.
Your time and help is greatly appreciated as always.
Hi there,
This was set to resolved by mistake.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Missing Data – A lot of fix suggesstionsI am going to provide some further information on this below.
The video shows the sections with missing data and the SKU data I already have. There is no way to import a file to map this data out that I can see. Can anyone advise?
Apologies for the delay, I was off work Monday and Tuesday.
I have provided further details via this video. Note, the original link within GSC is tuff to find but I have shown you the problem URL above that relates to books along with a similar problem URL that relates to crosses.
Note: I have a concern that a lot of the pages I have built using products (beta) will need rebuilt. I thought this would have automatically updated once it came out of beta.
Hopefully this provides more information.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variable ProductsHi @ckadenge Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The boss does not like to spend money so it’s a manual fix for me it seems.

Thank you very much for this clarification. Brilliant support as always.
Hi @nasanansi
I appreciate you getting back to me so soon and understand what you are saying. When I saw the message pop up tell me to download I thought it was a do or die situation.
I think I will wait to go live before I add anything else to the site.
Kind Regards
