Yes, the address is definitely there for each user, but maybe it’s added after the email notification is triggered.
The AD plugin does create each new user in WordPress.
I realize this is a very special situation, and maybe there is no easy solution.
I’m using Buddypress email notifications, and all the other notification emails work fine, it’s just not triggering the new user emails, I think because users aren’t registering themselves, but they are being created autimatically when they use the single sign-on for the first time.
New User Registration – For User didn’t even trigger an email. I think it’s because our users are created by our Active Directory Integration plugin that we use for single sign-on, and not registered in the traditional sense.
The new user post-registration at least triggered the email, it just didn’t have any address in the recipient field.
For some reason it’s not getting the email address of the newly created user.
Thanks for your reply,
I’m using the latest Post SMTP, and the test email works. Email notifications from other plugins such as Buddypress work also.Forum: Plugins
