Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Gridiculous] SEOThere are some pretty major sites using, in this case, (the band) name. Sites like Amazon, iTunes, ect… I might just be up against some power hitters and it’s going to take some work. Love Gridiculous by the way. It has become my primary responsive grid!

In reply to: [Gridiculous] SEOThat’s just it. I’m not really sure. I have built websites for years and generally, once I launch them, they soar to the top of Google. I know I’m being vague but I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced any issues? I have submitted a sitemap, I’m using webmaster tools and I’m not seeing any crawl errors and I think the meta tags are all ok (I’m using YOAST). Google is sort of strange these days. Maybe its just Google…

In reply to: Changed codex that prevents featured image updates?Actually, on 2014, the post I’m working with actually displays 2 images for the featured image, the original, and the latest update even though Featured Image in Dashboard only displays one.

In reply to: Featured image not showing up after 3.8 upgradeYup, I deactivated all plugins and used a default theme and it displayed the correct image. Ok, looks like I get to start a new thread…

In reply to: Featured image not showing up after 3.8 upgradeI’m having the same issue currently. The Featured Image option is available, but it’s not updating the image when I save the post. Are there some new permissions settings going on in 3.8?

In reply to: [Unveil Lazy Load] add loader imageFor those of use using 100% on image and have predefined image height and widths. Would it be possible to append a preload image instead of the image source?
$dummy_image = self::get_url('b.gif');
Could I echo an image in it’s place?$dummy_image = echo '<img src="loader" title="loader" alt="loader" />';
Love the plugin!

In reply to: Why filters & shortcodes are not working at all in Ajax?I am currently running into an issue using short codes inside an ajax request. Anyone else run into this?
Yup, that’s it. Something is destroying your cookies. In fact, if you go to yoururl/wp-admin the cart session is there but when you go back to the cart it clears.
One thing I notice right away is your cart isn’t setting any cookies. (which stores the prior post/cart entry).
Have you also tried disabling next_gen and then try the cart?
Something in your settings is preventing session cookies.
Is your wp install up to date?
Have you tried installing a fresh copy?
Have you disabled all plugins and turned them on one at a time to see if one of them is the culprit?These are all things I try when something isn’t working.
Variables?
Have you tried unchecking or checking “Automatic redirection to checkout page in the settings?”
And have you tried to disable, then re-enable the plugin?
