the *.p12 is a P12 certificate file.
So, let’s say that the p12 file has been downloaded & saved in your computer.

Now you have to upload that file to wherever you want as long as your WP server can access it directly.

You can upload it to your hosting server or your google drive.
to upload the *.p12 file into your Google Drive
1. goto https://drive.google.com/ and just drag & drop your *.p12 file there
2. change the permission of the uploaded *.p12 file set to public(select the file, click “More” button to show the dropdown menu, then click “Share”, click “Advanced”, click “Change”, click “On – Public on the web”, click “Save” button).
Copy and save the file id.
Your Private Key Url Path will be like this: https://docs.google.com/uc?id=XXXXXX&export=download
Where XXXXXX is your file ID.

If you upload files through this plugin (the generated key as an uploader), your files automatically set to public. But you as an owner of the GD account has the full control to change the right access of files uploaded by the generated key.

the generated key just like someone that you gave authorization/permission to sharing files w/ you in your GD.

@wsj101 the Photo Gallery plugin is use upload dir to scan/collect the files not the the media libary. so it’s only detect file that physically exist in upload dir, cmiiw

No, the viewer is official google drive file preview, it supported to view any kind of file type including video file.

You have a good idea, maybe in next 1-2 days, I will update this plugin to add that feature

You can try to reupload the p12 fiile in the different place/hosting server.

Sorry, i’ve been so busy lately..

If the email address did not match with your email addresss of your google drive, it will be hidden from the google drive default interface.

Please make sure that the “Google Email” is your google drive email address

the Service Account Name was incorrect, if this erros still exists, just create new client id again

Well, this plugin use file_get_contents function to parse the p12 file, so your server need to “allow_url_fopen=on”

If this error appear when you upload file in the default media uploader, please uncheck the “Google Drive as Default Media Upload Storage. (experimental)” in this plugin Options page
