I’m having the same issue as @designsbymjd
The chat is working fine, but we can’t customise those FAQ’s. The plugin and Facebook show the updated FAQ’s that I want, but when you go to our website and go onto the messenger box, the old/standard FAQ’s show up. I’ve tried different browsers, mobile, going onto the site incognito. Makes no difference.
@facebook – can we get a response?
