It’s probably better to restore from your most recent backup.

You MUST remove those 3 lines from wp-config.php afterwards though.
Same problem here, I submitted a bug report, but I would really appreciate some suggestions from the plugin authors please – Willie Jackson?

What makes you think this has anything to do with permalinks?

I am trying to do a backup to my local PC, and the site is running, I’ve definitely selected the database in phpmyadmin, same as I’ve always done it.
