I really don’t know what other feedback to offer than the feedback I’ve already given your team. I tried endless hours to get this to work, and it won’t. I gave your support team access to my account to have a look over what I’d done, but still no change, and no improvement in the performance of the plugin. I wish it would work, as I had high hopes for it.
